Position scope: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced VP Finance with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with innovative technology companies and startups, provide strategic financial leadership, and serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to CFOs and senior management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements for multiple companies, including Accounts Receivable (A/R), cash flow management, management reporting, financial controls, and budget monitoring, reporting to the CFO.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner and trusted advisor to CFOs and senior management.
• Lead and manage the financial operations of a diverse portfolio of high-tech companies and startups.
• Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Manage clients’ financial reporting and the revenue cycle of their subsidiaries.
• Support fundraising processes, due diligence activities, and M&A transactions.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee ongoing accounting and financial operations, including collections and payments, payroll oversight, client and vendor processes, and banking relationships.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in senior financial management roles – required.
• Previous experience working with high-tech companies or startups – required.
• Israeli or U.S. CPA license – required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and managerial skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position scope: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements for several companies, managing accounts receivable (A/R) and cash flow, as well as reporting and managing internal controls, including budget tracking, reporting directly to the CFO.
• Overseeing payroll, stock option allocations, and additional financial processes.
• Managing the financial reporting of the company’s clients and their subsidiaries, including the revenue cycle.
• Managing ongoing relationships with external auditors; ensuring full compliance of clients with all financing agreements and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 3–4 years of experience as a Controller.
• Experience in a high-tech company or startup – required.
• Combined experience from a Big 4 accounting firm – a significant advantage.
• Degree in Accounting and CPA license – required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks; excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working under US GAAP standards.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Ongoing work with the Shiklulit system
• Responsibility for employee onboarding, terminations, and final settlements
• Handling reports to authorities (National Insurance, Income Tax, etc.)
• Working with company clients and providing professional support

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant
• Experience working with Shiklulit – must
• Experience working with Michpal-Advantage
• Organization, accuracy, and ability to work independently
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
