Payroll Accountant (Hilan experience required)

A growing, professional, and dynamic company in the financial services field, working with successful startups, is looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team!

Location: North Tel Aviv (hybrid work)

Position scope: Full-time / 70%

What does the role include?:

End-to-end payroll processing
Ongoing work with the Hilan system
Responsibility for employee onboarding, terminations, and final settlements
Handling reports to authorities (National Insurance, Income Tax, etc.)
Working with company clients and providing professional support

What are we looking for?:

Over 3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant
Experience working with Hilan – must
Organization, accuracy, and ability to work independently
Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

Independent Accountant up to trial balance

FAI, a company providing financial services to startup companies, is seeking an experienced Independent Accountant up to trial balance.

Location: North Tel Aviv offices, hybrid work option available.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations
Payroll management
Handling invoices and suppliers
Monthly closing
Payments in Israel and abroad
Management of company credit cards

Requirements:

Over 7 years of independent accounting experience up to trial balance.
Experience in accounts payable – must.
Experience in high-tech or startups – an advantage.
Experience with Priority/Netsuite – must.
High-level English – an advantage.
Familiarity with computerized work environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
